Abante International partnered with The European Theological Seminary to serve and engage the wonderful congregation of Èglise de Dieu in Vaureal, France. The team was invited by Pastor Emmanuel Guglielmi to serve for the week of Ascension.
During the five days of ministry, the team engaged through worship, sermons, testimonies, sharing with the youth, teaching workshops, and training musicians, as well as doing some cleaning and organizing around the facility.
ETS students together with ETS music professors, Wesley and Sara Kennedy, exemplified the teaching that “you’ll never look more like Christ than when you are serving.”
The week built to an amazing Sunday service where those who participated in the music workshops were able to worship God by showcasing their new skills during the worship service. Brian Schlottmann challenged the people to move beyond a life of comfort and into a life of service in the community.
The European Theological Seminary is proud to have quality students, alumni, and faculty that are effective in ministry across a broad range of cultures!
